and customer service is no help to these people. no information available about awaited deliveries, seeming to be lost in transit, etc. what do you have to say about:Ĭustomer service staff - either being rude or not having the knowledge necessary to help each customer?ĭeliveries- going out of stock after already purchased the item and then having to wait for it to become available again, etc. I was about to order some of your unique items, however, after reading the reviews, i am wondering what your side of the story is. I am making complaint to Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. Hope I am wrong but I believe I have been scammed. I called and emailed Pyramid and got an automatic message thanking me for my patience and that there was high call volume due to covid-19. On April 1,2022 - I am still waiting for the confirmation email and credit card charge refund. They claimed the package had not arrived to their Massachusetts location, but that they would email me as soon as it did and then give me the refund.
Two weeks later I called and emailed to ask about my credit. I packed it back in same package it came in, affixed the handy provided return sticker and returned it in the same hour after arrival on March 3. I immediately called the company to let them know I was returning the item and wanted the charge on my credit card reversed. It arrived a month later and was nothing like the picture. I purchased the Boho Jacket ($95) on Feb 2.2022.

You should always treat 30 day free trial offers as con games - they prey on the same instincts that con men play on - the desire to get something for nothing or almost nothing.
That is pretty much the only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1. I finally got them to cancel both memberships today (I think) and the woman was nice enough to refund the last 6 months (assuming Pyramid actually comes through on her promise).
In January, I called to cancel that one and the guy on the phone did not even tell me I had 2 memberships at that point. I still did not get any discount on my December purchase. I already had a membership and did not realize it, but that did not stop them from adding another to my account. Then, 2 months ago they got my selfish heart to sign up again. But, in any case, they did not give me the 10% off on the purchase. Obviously, I got very sloppy about checking my credit card statement each month, no matter how hectic life was. Well, either I did not know I had signed up or I forgot, because they continued billing me for the membership throughout 2022. I give this 2 stars only because we have been pleased with our purchases over the past few years, but in December 2021 and December 2022, they hit me with this 30 day free trial and 10% off my December purchase if I joined.
